How can we improve extendedReach?

Be able to merge duplicate cases in GCM

If a case was entered twice be able to merge it and consolidate case files. (both in Foster Care and GCM systems).

    This would be SO beneficial to have in the GCM system!

    This feature has already been added in Foster Care, but it would be super beneficial for our organization to have the feature available in our GCM system too!
