  2. Ability to add multiple families to a case note

    Kaleidacare had the ability to select multiple families for one case note. Extended Reach is extremely time consuming having to add that same case note individually for every family.

  3. Automatically stop tracking expiration dates when a home is closed

    After we "discharge" a home, all items that were being tracked for an expiration date should automatically end rather than needing to go into each individual document.

  6. Scheduled Rate Changes

    Similar to scheduled placement changes, it would VERY helpful to have the ability to schedule a rate level change for a future date. We have rate levels that are approved early but don't go into effect until a certain date, and cannot put that in until the actual date it occurs. We also have a new program where the rate level is pre-determined but changes sometimes 1-2 times while they are in the short-term program, and being able to tell the program ahead of time that they came in at one rate (half day rate), will increase to a full…

    In addition to admission(Foster care) or case open (GCM) triggers, there should also be an option to trigger documentation off of an "accepted" referral.

  8. Ability to open/read multiple incident reports at the same time.

    In KC, case managers could pull multiple IR's on one screen to search for information or be able to easily send the information to DCS.

  9. Ability to add more than one court date and tracking.

    We need to enter more than one court date, (need to add 2 dates sometimes). The dates are Not Tracked, once the court date is removed the system keeps no record in system.

  10. Adding all participants placed at a specific placement for a Group Note

    We use group notes to alert all participants placed at a single site in certain situations. We'd like to see a link to "Add all open cases placed at.." on activities setup for the Group functionality. Click the link should prompt for the worker to select the placement from a list. Then, it should add all participants with an active placement at that location.

    This makes sense for the Foster Care module. Screenshot below.

  11. Ability to choose Adding Report = Waived, Pending

    I upload a lot and when I'm done, I go back and see mostly green/yellow, which is great. But the RED dots... it would be nice to chose either Waived or Pending and change the color to Black or Grey, etc. It would save time not having to go back and find it was Pending or Waived.

  14. Separate Voluntary TPR for Each Parent

    Add a voluntary TPR checkbox for each parent to accurately capture all ways that parental rights are terminated. In some situations, a petition has been filed, one parent releases rights, and one goes to trial. Additionally, it would allow us to capture when one parent voluntarily releases without a petition being filed.

    After we have opened Show Hidden, keep it open until we are finished with it. I don't know the Category. It's on the upper right hand side of eReach.

  16. Add identification on people/relationships

    It would be helpful to have the option to add identification and/or a picture to relationships/people. We have to have IDs if contacts take our clients on outings. It would make sense for our staff to be able to check the people tab when they check the approved contact and see that we already got their ID or if we didn't. We also have No contact people and need to have their photo easily viewable in case they ever showed up to our shelter.

  17. Add more than four administration time slots on MAR for each medication

    It would be helpful to have more than four administration time slots for the MARs for each med. We frequently have OTC meds like tylenol and ibuprofen than can be taken every 4-6 hours.. so we end up having to duplicate the med several times per month and it gets confusing and causes errors.

    Allow e-mail alerts to be specific to inquiries, beyond when an inquiry is opened or closed.

  19. Document multiple residents on one form that then splits into their individual files

    Staff document a lot in the daily milieu and having to go into each individual file can be time consuming. An option on forms to have residents documented on in one area, but then gets split into their individual files would be incredibly helpful for documenting purposes.

  20. Enable a "Group by" functionality for "Last Contact" on the Inquiries/Homes lists.

    Inquiries come into the portal from our website and we need the capability to group those by last contact so that we can track their status more efficiently.
