Mobile Friendly Online Referral Form
Currently, the online referral forms do not dynamically change to fit mobile screens. With the the share of webrowsing increasingly moving to mobile, this is vital for our users experience on our website.

System Admin should be able to view what each user group sees
Add the option for system admin to be able to view what specific user groups see, to make sure our permissions are set properly.

Adding external signature features to staff documents and trainings
We have at least a hundred traingings that our staff do. It would cut down on paper if we could have the feature to add external signature collection to staffing documents and trainings.

Adding Home visits to the Foster Care Cases List on the Caseworker Home Screen
Our caseworkers would like an additional column in their Foster Care Cases list on their home page. They would like a column that would list the last time they completed a Home Visit in additional to the visited column. They need 2 visits per month and one must be in the Resource Home and this would help them to keep track of what they still need to complete each month.

Be able to select Multiple reports to view from the home page
Like in Kaleidacare.... it would be nice to select multiple reports to view them all at the same time. Would also be nice to approve all of these items after they are reviewed. It would be nice if this could be able to filter by client and date range.

Limiting administrators to see specific programs within your organization
In our ER right now we have multiple Administrators that have access to all programs and clients. We would like to have the ability to limit Administrators to see only certain programs and not have access to all programs and clients within our organization.

Case Discharge Reasons
Currently there is no way to turn off the feature that allows staff to enter in their own discharge reasons. There should be a setting on the backend that allows this option to be turned off for agencies that do not want staff to write in their own discharge reasons and select from the list of dropdown items only.

Minimize former worker names in Case File.
In the "Case File" section under the "Show" drop-down menu. It would be helpful if all the previous caseworkers' names could be minimized into one section by tapping the first name. For example, tapping the arrow so that a right arrow turns downward to reveal the names, rather than a long list being present. Seeing a long list of former workers is not good for scrolling or morale. :-)

Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM
We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.
We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

Option to warn worker if an Activity or Report Type already exists that is in DRAFT status
Many of our workers will start and activity or report, and then get distracted. This can create a draft. But when they return, often they'll go and just re-start the same Activity or Report type.
This has lead to our implementation (2.5 months old) having over 100 Activities left in Draft status.
It would be great if one of the configuration options on new Activity and Report types could be set to trigger a warning/pop-up that lets the worker know an Activity or Report type they are trying to add already exists in Draft status under their user account.

Family Website tab could have a lot more functionality
When a family uploads a document from the FFW, it shows up in the "Family Website" tab, saying "Note", when they uploaded, and the name of their document.
Unless they named the attachment beautifully, there's no way of knowing what document it is without opening the attachment. You also can't click on the Note to take you to the compliance item.
Can you:
1) Add a line in the Note that says the name of the Compliance item the upload was targeted for?
and/or
2) Make it so the item is clickable and takes you to the Compliance item to…8 votes -
Hide custom form responses with "do not print" for portions of documentation that are used for internal purposes only
Our organization has a requirement to document information/field responses on a custom form (for internal purposes only) that we do NOT want to print on the note that is shared with the client/guardian/caregiver or external providers, but we need to be able to collect this data in ZOHO so using the "comments" tab to hide this information will not work for us.
In eR’s custom forms, we can only configure the Help Text to “Do not print” - we cannot set an actual form response to “Do not print”… our only available option is to “do not print if blank”…

Staff Permissions for Multiple Branches
We are able to set up staff access to multiple branches but there is currently no way to limit the staff to only view the branches they are assigned to. Currently they can see and access general information in branches that do not pertain to them. This would be a huge feature so staff do not see information that they do not need access to.

Adapt calendar to work like an actual Calendar
- Make it so that staff can delete their own appointments, not just admins
- Allow for non-client appointments to not pull in an "outstanding" appointment list.
- Make "billable" codes/units searchable in the calendar in order to find spots that therapists can insert people into their calendars.
- Allow for it to truly sync with calendars 2-ways and not just create a new calendar in outlook and not update for 8 hours.
- Create a friendlier searchable calendar by name, date, billable activity, etc.
- Allow for "administrative assistants" to see all provider calendars at once and search for the best available spot by time…

Change DFPS Caseworker to Managing Conservator
For those that have moved into Phase 2 of Community Based Care with St. Francis, there are no longer DFPS workers of any kind associated with a case. Yet there are DFPS labels on client tabs. Those can be changed to Managing Conservator and Managing Conservator Supervisor and will cover any type of placement.

Create easy access to shared files or blank PDF forms by placing them on Compliance tab next to each required item.
Move or link blank PDF or Word files to the Compliance Tab requirements similar to configurator forms. This will increase easy of finding documents that need printed and filled out.
Example: I'm on the phone with a Foster Parent. They are looking at the Family Website and see a red compliance item on their checklist. They click on it to find the form, similar to configurator forms, but nothing appears because it is a PDF or Word document. Instead of having the parent search for the form list, have a small document link next to the red compliance bullet. Click…

Download and Upload user created forms.
I would love a repository where we can download user and kcare created configurator forms to then upload and use them for our agencies. I.E. I create a homestudy template, someone else can download and use that template for their agency with some of their own edits.
