  2. Multiple staff assigned to one case

    Hi - My agency is starting to run cases that will need multiple staff assigned to one case. Right now, we have a case that needs 6 staff assigned to it. It could be more in the future. Is it possible to be able to add this to the features in the EHR?

  3. Fix the 'Payments' so that the From (funding org) comes from the invoice not the case file.

    When the funding org changes mid-month, you want the default to come from who you billed not who is currently in the case file. I understand this can be changed but it is a free form 'add' and if you don't get the funding org name exactly right you have payments from the same funding org under different names and that can get very messy. Either this way or provide a full list of the funding orgs to choose from not have it a free form 'add' of payor.

  4. Add activity to case when an email is automatically sent

    We have satisfaction surveys automatically triggered when a discharge date is entered and a monthly report issued for any requiring snail mail, but the only way to know if they were sent is by checking the email account we bcc, and it never appears on the case file.

    It would be great if when an email is triggered to a client (or better also when they show up on a scheduled report), an activity could be automatically added to the case noting that an email was sent (or, in the case of showing up on a scheduled report, that x…

  5. Add more detail to the Financial > Posted Revenue by Worker

    In addition to the Amount, and client name, add Funding Org and/or Category to the case note detail on the Summaries view of Financial>posted Revenue by Worker. This would be good information easily exported to Excel for monthly financial numbers.

  7. Emailing forms from eR

    When emailing forms from eR it automatically populates the clinician's email. For our purposes, we are emailing the document directly to the family so it would be more helpful for the email to populate the family email. I understand that various users may implement this function differently, so possibly there could even be a selection to choose which email to populate.

  8. Email alerts to workers for client responses to SMS appointment reminders

    Create an email alert event type in GCM for client responses to SMS appointment reminders - so a worker receives alerts for appointment confirmations and reschedule requests without having to check the history of an appointment record.

  9. Capability to send mass text to clients

    Our staff would love to be able to send text messages to clients from eR. I envision a client dropdown like when file from your eR inbox, so staff could select the individuals to receive the text, with a field to enter the text message, that would upload to the client's record.

  10. to be able to restrict Place of Service codes to a particular activity, in order to reduce user errors resulting in non-payment by insurers

    For Medicaid services, according to the Covered Service Guide for AHCCCS in AZ, only specific Place of Service Codes are eligible for specific HCPC service codes. It would help if we could select and limit specific POS codes when creating or editing service activities.

  11. Client portal in the GCM module and FC module

    The foster care module has a family portal which can have clients submit documents through. In the GCM module we also have a need for this, but no capability to do this.

    We are beginning the design stage of a Client Portal. We will be looking for people to be on a Client Portal focus group, that will meet occasionally to review progress and provide feedback. We will also want volunteer organizations to Beta test the Client Portal as it releases in stages.   12. Allow emails sent from Activity Screen to be sent from the user's email rather than extended reach email.

    We need to send reports to outside funders, however the email button in the Activity/Report screens does not send from the user's email, but rather from the extended reach email. It would be helpful to be able to email from the user's email, so that the outside funder/case manager could respond.

  14. Actions triggered by a client's age / documents generated based on client's age

    It would be nice if we could trigger certain documents to automatically generate based on a client's age. We have a form that gets filled out when a client turns 16. Also, when client's turn 18 we need to close and if something notified us a few weeks before, it would be helpful.

    It appears that age-based triggering is available in FC module, but may not be in the GCM module.

  15. Ability to Receive Email Alerts Upon the Submission of an Online Referral Form (GCM) or Online Inquiry Form (RES)

    Currently there is not a way to receive notification that an online form has been received. It would be awesome if this ability was implemented so we don't have to weed through all pending referrals or inquiries (as some are still entered manually).
