How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. "Re-Categorizing" Misfiled Activities/Reports

    It would be great if there was a way to be able to "re-categorize" activities/reports. For example, when a foster parent submits something through the Foster Family Website, and files it in the wrong activity/report option, the worker would be able to re-select the appropriate activity/report without having to download the attachment, delete the current activity/report, create the correct activity/report, and then re-upload the attachment. Another example would be when staff file documentation under the wrong activity/report type.

  5. Doc file name change in ER

    Please make a way for us to be able o change the document file name once we upload them into ER instead of only naming it once we scan hem on the scanner keyboard, this way if we make a mistake we can change the doc names within ER.

  9. Show # of Pending Documents as a column in the Admin "Inboxes" view

    When opening the Inbox config document - it would also be helpful see the list of pending docs right from that screen..

    Both these features would help w/debugging.

    Also gives opportunity when deleting inbox to give warning that un-posted docs would be deleted. (or some similar logic)

  10. Copy outings to more than one child's case file

    When the foster parents enter their outings into the child's case file, it would be nice to have an option to copy the report to other children's case files that are in the same home. When uploading legal documents, it gives the option to copy the report to the following linked cases upon completion. If we could apply the same principal to the outings that would cut down on a lot of extra work for the house parents, especially if they have 5 or more foster kids from different cases in their home.
