Remove Electronic Signature for Terminated Staff
When a staff user ID is deleted - remove as assigned worker (blank out) automatically so that this worker's electronic signature does not appear on any further documents by accident... Thanks!

Print Reports
To be able to print a report of the Foster Parent Weekly Progress Note, just as you can print a report of case notes.

Add function to easily copy contact information from "People" Tab into ROIs.
Please allow us to fully complete the People tab and then use that information to pre-fill in ROI contact information.

Calendar Task Creation
If a date is entered on a form is it possible to link to the foster or licensing workers calendar as a task/ reminder?
I created a custom form for immunizations, and I would like to add the next dose date to the Caseworkers calendar so they can remind the caregiver/ foster parent, or take the child themselves. This would also be beneficial for things like court orders when the next court date is listed.

Specify relationship type for Household Members
Hello,
I am looking to create a specific trigger for the adult children of our prospective foster parents - who are still living in the home (they must complete specific references related to the certification process).Currently I am able to specify for Non-Household Members the relationship type. But unable to do so with household members?

Ability to assign a Task or Form to a User Group
In the security settings, you can assign a certain form/activity/report to an individual, but if there is more than one person you cannot use it. So, if you could assign it to the user group, then when the form comes up you could only select from the people listed in that user group to complete it, or allow them to complete it.

Allow ER to generate reports and enable doc to be email w/o being printed and scranned
At a click of a button, i would like ER to be able to generate a report letting me know of all outstanding doc for each case manager. For example, how my case files are missing 7 day contact, monthly summaries, initial treatment plans. Such a report would allow the agency to audit faster, without having to click on each file.
Also when a email is sent to via family web I want to be able to cc supervisor/administrator so the heads of the agency can stay abreast of various communications taking place in the agency.

Foster Family Access to ExR App
I think it would be a great idea to give foster families access to the family website through the ExR app, not just employees. This would make families filling out their daily reports much easier and allow us to use ExR to it's full abilities

Allow homes to access discharged children
Allow homes to access discharged children for 30 days, to allow time to submit missing paperwork.

Add Group Note to multiple inactive members
Add that inactive members group case note can be populated to multiple members when a group note is added. Currently only works with active members by add members.

Include hyperlink to face sheet when clicking on clicking on client's name
We would like the child's name to be a hyperlink to the client face sheet for our auditor roles. This would allow us to provide them with only the "need to know" information from the client's record that we choose to add to the face sheet. Example image below.

Trainings should be allowed to have repeating due dates
If Resource Parents have to complete a training every year, and they have to complete it by the end of their license year, that item is "due" by then. They could wait 364 days and they wouldn't be past due. It doesn't matter when in the year they do the training. Whenever they complete it, the next one will be due by the end of the next license period.
The eR system, however, requires expiration dates. So, depending on when the RPs do the training in one year, it will seem like it expires at that time in the next…3 votes -
Submissions from Foster Family Website
It would be nice to be able to choose in the report setup if a report can be automatically completed when it is submitted from the foster family website, instead of requiring the approval of the caseworker before it shows up in the client or home file. This being said, I would not like this to effect the notification that is sent to the caseworker when something is submitted from the foster family website.

notification of important dates
It would be helpful if we were notified 2 months in advance when a child turns 2, 5, and 18 years old. It would also help if there was a spot to check on form JV220 (authorization for psychotropic medication) and when that expires.

Scanned documents inbox
A separate inbox/completed box for documents we scan in so we can keep track of which ones have been added to the files and completed and it wont take up so much space on work space area.

Is it possible to have it where you can show the number of homes the Case Manager have as well as the number of children?

CC Messages to workers, when posting messages to homes
