If a date is entered on a form is it possible to link to the foster or licensing workers calendar as a task/ reminder?

I created a custom form for immunizations, and I would like to add the next dose date to the Caseworkers calendar so they can remind the caregiver/ foster parent, or take the child themselves. This would also be beneficial for things like court orders when the next court date is listed.
