Fully functioning app
Currently the content of the app contains mostly contact tools and information. The app should contain all features of the website and be a tool for staff to maintain files.
71 votesWe have a goal to make our entire application mobile friendly, thus negating the need for a separate mobile app. we will not be adding to our current mobile app, but will instead focus efforts on technology that allows extendedReach to be a fully mobile friendly application to be used on computers, phones and tablets.

A mobile app for Extended Reach that will allow for foster parents to sign documents
I would helpful to have a mobile app that will show what the foster parent is missing in their records and will allow for us to obtain signature to forms while out in the field.
52 votesWe are not planning enhancements to the mobile app. We are instead focusing on making the entire system mobile friendly. Currently signatures can be obtained using the External signature feature or the Foster Family website.

Color Coordinated Calendar
It would be really helpful if on the calendar, appointments could be different colors if they are cancelled or if they are marked as no show

Adding the ability to make a chart or table in custom form builder.
Just like in Solution 7 Kaleidacare, it would be extremely beneficial to be able to form a table or chart in custom form builder. It would be helpful to have a collective of data that is needed for an individual in one field code and section. This would make it extremely easy for reporting data from one chart instead of copying individual field codes.

Enable the caseworker to add a single document into multiple categories all at once
There are times when a single document needs to be filed into multiple area of the module. For example, a letter of request may need to go into "Request Court Order" and "Request Past Medical Records". It would be super helpful to be able to choose an "all that apply" to file this document all at once instead of individually.

Add "Assign to specific worker vs assigned worker (advanced)" so that items relating to specific roles can be delegated as such.

Integration of eR Inbox with eR phone app to take pictures on the app that are sent to eR Inbox.
App should have camera feature to take pictures or scan documents and go directly to eR Inbox without the photo being saved on the phone. This is currently possible if logging into eR through the internet browser on a phone but would be extremely helpful with the app.

Interactive Foster Family Portal
it would be very helpful if the foster family portal could be interactive, i.e. they could generate reports/activities applicable to foster families that could be saved into the client record, including foster family signatures.

Mass email list
Create a list for mass emails to remind families of upcoming training, audits, etc. Allow differentiation between resource homes and respite providers, etc.

Add the ability to copy content controls from more than one report type.
Can the report option "Content Controls: Always copy named Content Control Values from another Report Type (advanced)" be enhanced to be able to pull from a second report type, if it is more recent than the first.

Allow foster parent editing capability on wk. reports after submission
Allow foster parents the capability to see what they submitted afterwards and have the capability of editing to correct something. i.e foster parent forgot to add an incident in the report before submitting and would like to retrieve the weekly report to add information and resubmit.

Group note
A group note that I can put in up to 8 clients, and possibly auto gen area of need for each, and have a place for a personalized behaviors and response to intervention.

Page hold
Be able to save your place when scrolling down lists so if you click on something and then go "back" to it, you don't have to scroll down from the top to where you were working.

Configure a new supervised visitation tab (next to general, case file) for client info report information to be entered.
Take the information provided in the document attached and create a separate tab specifically for client visit info. We would need the ability to add more children info boxes since each case varies with the number of children per case.
