How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  6. Allow folders to be added to the Custom side menu

    When too many items are added to the Custom Side menu, the addition of folders would be helpful for organization purposes.

    Update: 8/10/2017 The mobile app is now available for Android in the Google Play Store!

    The mobile app is now available for iOS in the Apple App Store!

    The first version of the mobile app allows you to access basic case and home information (along with driving directions and phone numbers).

    We are planning on adding new features to the mobile app based on user feedback. Please submit feedback to support@extendedReach – or submit new ideas in this forum using the new “Mobile App” category.

  13. Make child level of care changes without having to discharge and readmit!!

    Add ability to move child from one program to another without having to discharge and readmit. Children frequently experience level of care changes but remain in the same foster home. When we discharge and readmit to reflect this LOC change, we have to readmit and re-place the child in the system which triggers a large # of unique activities and reports that do not really need to be completed again.

    “Non-Household Homes” are now referred to as “Other Residences”. We’ve split these out on the worker home page. In your advance organization preferences there is also an option called “Homes: Don’t count other residences as part of worker caseload (advanced)” that you may choose to enable so that your active foster home count isn’t skewed.
