Birthday Reminder

Remove menu column and choices on left side for specific users.
Option to HIDE ALL (or most) menu options on left side of home screen for specific workers.
I have a contractor that will be using the system for home studies. However, I do not want them to be able to see any options on the left menu column (My Stuff, Cases, Homes, Summaries, Administration) that they are not directly attached to under a secondary worker.
I only want them to be able to access the SINGLE FAMILY or FAMILIES that I give them access to.

You can enable it on your organization preference settings tab (advanced option). It is called “System: Enable navigation show/hide settings (advanced)”. Once this is enabled, you can control the menus on the individual user profiles.

Change Incident Report - Reportable to meet state standards/terminology

Split out non-households on worker home page
Requested by Nikki @ Pathways. Split out households from non-households on worker home page. Non-households aren't used very often - so pushing them lower on the page helps keep them out of the way.
1 vote“Non-Household Homes” are now referred to as “Other Residences”. We’ve split these out on the worker home page. In your advance organization preferences there is also an option called “Homes: Don’t count other residences as part of worker caseload (advanced)” that you may choose to enable so that your active foster home count isn’t skewed.

Foster Family Website - Child Checklist + Additional Reminders

Allow each agency to specify custom outcomes per program
extendedReach tries to folllow the state or counties "official terminology" for outcome measures - however - sometimes agencies want changes to the outcome measurements. This modificiation would allow each extendedReach customer to customize a specfic list of outcomes for each of the programs they service.

Referrals: Add Compliance tab and/or Attachments
Allow related and needed documents to be uploaded and attached to referrals prior to opening a case.

Track Foster Parent Expenses
Be able to track foster parent reimbursable expenses and add those to the monthly foster parent statement.

Calculate current age on general tab
Is there a way to automatically calculate current age from entering their Date of Birth that would be visible to the case workers?
This is a great tool that is very handy for multiple reasons. It could also pull into reports to help separate age groups when setting up events for mission teams that hold VBS or chapel for teens.4 votescurrent age of a case is visible in the left column on the case screen and the referral screen. for homes it is also visible on the general tab next to each parents date of birth.

Need 3 New compliance/requirements for
We have a three new clearances we need to post under foster parent "compliance" and background checks (and leave a space for Other with each. Some have adult children who will have to pass this). One is CBI Sex Offender Registry (different than the other CBI clearance) the other is "CoCourts". The third is "NSPW" a National Sex Offender List

Allow activities to be in progress while waiting for approval on previous submissions.
For recurring activities/reports that require approval, allow subsequent activities/reports to be in progress without having to wait for the last submission to be approved first.
