user guide videos and directions
I would like to be able to have the user guide/video open while following directions. I am trying to add a foster child to a home and every time i click to follow the video's directions, the video closes. i even tried opening in a 2nd window.

1 voteUnder “Group by” you should be able to sort both case rosters and home rosters alphabetically. Maybe I’m missing something – if so – could you please provide a specific example?

Column titles/sorting columns
On the rosters pages for both cases and homes, can you lock the title lines so that when you are scrolling down and find your family/case, you can still see the title of the columns? It would be nice to be able to sort by the columns also without exporting the whole roster.

Title lines are now locked. We don’t have plans to add sorting at the moment (you have to use the “Group by” button. We will be adding a custom report builder later this year that should allow custom sorting by columns.

Show Bio Home Family Member Info on General Tab (or maybe side-bar)
Makes it easier to get a quick overview of family.

Allow folders to be added to the Custom side menu
When too many items are added to the Custom Side menu, the addition of folders would be helpful for organization purposes.

A smartphone app that allows the user to scan directly into the Extended Reach inbox.

The mobile app is now available for iOS in the Apple App Store!
The first version of the mobile app allows you to access basic case and home information (along with driving directions and phone numbers).

Make child level of care changes without having to discharge and readmit!!
Add ability to move child from one program to another without having to discharge and readmit. Children frequently experience level of care changes but remain in the same foster home. When we discharge and readmit to reflect this LOC change, we have to readmit and re-place the child in the system which triggers a large # of unique activities and reports that do not really need to be completed again.
