  1. Email Alerts- Staff Trainings

    We need the ability for scheduled trainings and expired documents to send out email alerts to notify "staff" of upcoming trainings or vital documents expiring, such as D.L., child maltreatments, etc.
    If you can't automate these you may be able to add an email alert section for staff. (Right now we can only email alert cases and homes.) Things that could benefit in this section would be upcoming events, staff birthdays, etc.

    this year, a new setting was added to Organziational Settings called "automatically logout after “x” minutes of inactivity." You can now customize auto time out limits from 5 minutes to 4 hours.

  7. allow messages to homes by branch

    We have multiple branches of foster homes and it would be easier to post messages to the Home Website that are branch specific instead of having to select each name individually.

  8. Family Reminder Email

    Have a way to email a reminder of items due to familys. You can insert a button to email when you click on an upcoming item due. This can be used for both foster families and adoptive families (Waiting Texas and VAP)

    Hi all -

    You can set up Email Alerts to notify homes of upcoming due/expiring items for themselves and their placements.

    Agency administrators can also set up monthly reminder emails for homes under Organization Settings > Organization Preferences > Family Web > Emails > Enable the “Monthly Reminder Email”.

    Add a place on the general tab of non-household members to input home insurance information and expiration date. Also, add alternate caregiver home insurance to the compliance tab.

  14. Replace "(Parent A)" and "(Parent B)" identifiers with the first names of each parent

    For reports and activities that apply to both parents in a 2 parent household, replace the automatic "(Parent A)" and "(Parent B)" labels that show up next to the report/activity title on the compliance tab or home file with the first name of the foster parent. For example, "CPR (Parent A)" and "CPR (Parent B)" would show up as "CPR (Mary)" and "CPR (Ali)".

  15. Mobile App

    Will this allow us to use our smartphones to actually type in our weekly supervisions and monthly contact and treatment summaries? I can download most of the forms, but cannot seem to get the ER to allow me to pull up the weekly supervisions and monthly contact forms. Thanks!

    The mobile app is now available for Android in the Google Play Store and for iOS in the Apple App Store!

    The first version of the mobile app allows you to access basic case and home information (along with driving directions and phone numbers).

    We are planning on adding new features to the mobile app based on user feedback. Please submit feedback to support@extendedReach – or submit new ideas in this forum using the new “Mobile App” category.

    This is now a user ID permission called “Restrict access to activity / report history and on-time status”

  17. Pet Vaccination Records

    Currently, the eR database requires a two step process when updating pet information:

    1. Upload the vaccination records; and
    2. Enter the new expiration date in the "General" tab.

    It would be nice if the to functions communicated with one another.

  18. Chronological sort of Inquiries

    In the Foster Care Inquiries I was wondering if there is a way sort those by date. Even if it could be a widget to create an almost 'at-a-glance' sort of note of the Inquiries that the caseworkers may have.
    They have the ability to sort Alphabetically at the moment which I think is the best for the overall so perhaps an additional or optionally placed section for By Date Inquiries?

    Home required fields can be configured by an agency administrator under Organization Settings > Organization Preferences > Settings > Home Required Fields.

  20. user guide improvements?

    being able to keep the user guide open while following the steps needed. It is hard to remember the step for my question - it would be helpful for the user guide pop up remains open.
