Scheduling to submit reports for approval
There isn't currently a way to have scheduled activities be automatically submitted for approval on their activity date or submitted directly for approval prior to the scheduled activity date. Our case workers are completing tasks and they are "scheduled to be submitted" but they are often forgetting to then go in and manually submit them, or submitting them late. It would be helpful to have them be able to complete early or have it automatically submit on the date it is scheduled to be submitted for approval.

Foster Family Access to ExR App
I think it would be a great idea to give foster families access to the family website through the ExR app, not just employees. This would make families filling out their daily reports much easier and allow us to use ExR to it's full abilities
3 votesFoster families can already be invited to the family website, where they can log in and complete forms, upload forms, update their profile, etc.

Add Group Note to multiple inactive members
Add that inactive members group case note can be populated to multiple members when a group note is added. Currently only works with active members by add members.

Include hyperlink to face sheet when clicking on clicking on client's name
We would like the child's name to be a hyperlink to the client face sheet for our auditor roles. This would allow us to provide them with only the "need to know" information from the client's record that we choose to add to the face sheet. Example image below.

Add this option to expiring items: Assign to specific worker vs assigned worker (advanced)
Add "Assign to specific worker vs assigned worker (advanced)" so that items relating to specific roles can be delegated as such.

Retrieving old reports
Please increase the number of days Social workers can retrieve old reports. 45 days is not enough time, should they need to retrieve an old report. I suggest that 120 days be used instead of 45 days.

Excel Report-Adding Outpatient Service
The Excel option is great. And I use it everyday. But it would be nice to pick the reports you want added to it. Or at least add the kids Outpatient Services. That way at one glance I can see which Insurance Providers each child has.

Run Excel report on Licensed Homes
Run Excel report on Licensed Homes to include Compliance Tab Tasks. It would be easier to run a report and see who still has outstanding reports due instead of clicking 200 + Family Profiles.

Filter by 'In Process' Items in both Case & Home File Tabs
Add a filter option to both Case and Home File Tabs for items that are 'in process' (i.e., not 'completed') so a user can view their applicable case/home task list without having to navigate to their actual task list - or scroll through the entire contents of a case or home file. It would also be very helpful to supervisors and simplify cleanup of pending tasks upon closure/discharge. This would be good in both the Foster Care and GCM modules.

Updated "My Workspace" Suggestion
We have so many passwords to remember. It would save time and promote faster, better communication if our Intercept email, myLearningPointe (with notifications) and iSolved HCM were all accessible once you login to your extendedReach.
ExtendedReach would also need a 1 min or less screen lock due to inactivity.
I would like to see that on this main screen under "My Workspace"

A way for superivsors to review work completed without having to approve it.
I appreciate that I can get email notifications when activities are done so that I can look them over, however it would keep my email box cleaner and ensure that I don't miss any if there was a section similar to the awaiting approval box on my workspace that would list those items. Is that a possible feature?

Integration of eR Inbox with eR phone app to take pictures on the app that are sent to eR Inbox.
App should have camera feature to take pictures or scan documents and go directly to eR Inbox without the photo being saved on the phone. This is currently possible if logging into eR through the internet browser on a phone but would be extremely helpful with the app.
18 votesWe are not planning to make enhancements to our mobile app. Instead we are focusing on making our entire system mobile-friendly, so that all features are easily accessible by phone and tablet.

Color Coordinated Calendar
It would be really helpful if on the calendar, appointments could be different colors if they are cancelled or if they are marked as no show

Deletion Allowed by Case Manager not only Admin
Allow Case Managers to delete their mistakes and not have this be an Admin only feature.

extendedReach does not require users to be administrators to delete items. That is a choice made by your agency’s administrator, which users have this ability. It can easily be changed by them.

closure form on child side
as soon as we complete the close out for on the child side. Can an e-mail be sent to our admin (showard@cfca) process closure on the case?

Fully functioning app
Currently the content of the app contains mostly contact tools and information. The app should contain all features of the website and be a tool for staff to maintain files.
71 votesWe have a goal to make our entire application mobile friendly, thus negating the need for a separate mobile app. we will not be adding to our current mobile app, but will instead focus efforts on technology that allows extendedReach to be a fully mobile friendly application to be used on computers, phones and tablets.

Group note
A group note that I can put in up to 8 clients, and possibly auto gen area of need for each, and have a place for a personalized behaviors and response to intervention.
