We would like to have our Foster Parent Monthly Report as the Client Monthly Progress Report or Edit the Report in Extended Reach to meet our needs.

Our Extended Reach provides two options for Foster Parent Monthly Reports. The FIRST report is a report that can be completed and submitted, but does not address our subject areas. Our Foster Parent Monthly Report is in the system as a document that CAN BE COMPLETED AND UP LOADED, BUT THERE IS NOT A DROP DOWN REPORT TYPE TO ATTACHED. WE JUST WANT ONE REPORT.
