How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    We have added the ability to reject foster parent submissions with a comment. This feature will be available in your systems in a few days.

  2. Post message to homes as a home activity

    "posts" to families that currently are displayed in the family website could be synced with each families home file as a part of their "activity" and subsequently a part of the generated case notes. Oklahoma Licensing requires documentation of correspondence with families. Using the post message feature would allow for immediate documentation of correspondence into case notes. As an agency that is completely paperless, this would be very valuable to our case management and increase case worker productivity.

  4. Be able to run Historical Aging Report

    For those customers with Aging/Receivables tracking enabled, be able to type in a date and run an aging report effective as of that date.

  5. Home reports for "others in home over 18" not appear if not applicable

    Certain Home Reports are due for "others in the home that are over the age of 18." For families where this would not be applicable, is it possible to have this not show up, similar to the way there is an option to eliminate parent B if it is a single applicant? Thanks!

  7. Summarized GL Posting

    When posting to GL - add the option for the posting export file to be a single journal entry (summary of GL accounts) rather than a detailed posting.

  10. Allow funding workers to be to added to the people tab and linked between cases.

    This will allow the management of their contact information in a single location without the need to renter it.

  11. Activity being auto-populated into a monthly

    It would be great if an Activity can auto populate into the monthly narrative aka monthly report for the month the activity was completed.
