Allow Email alerts to be repeated
Provide the option in Email Alerts to send the alert more than once. For instance, if an item is out for signature, send a reminder every two days... or if a Rejected item isn't corrected, a reminder is sent daily... etc. Sometimes only one email can get forgotten.

how to run a report of FCSW history for each resource home and time period for which a specific FCSW monitored the home
this report will help us pin point when a FCSW has left a case and it will inform us how long they serviced the resource home. Right now, there is no other feature like this. In order to find out which FCSW has carried a specific home, we need to do a placement history search and look at each minor, then go to the minor's case file to see how long the FCSW serviced the home before the home was reassigned to a new worker. This current process is tedious, time consuming and unproductive. These types of reports are needed…

Allow full admins to customize the staff welcome email with the agency logo, contact information for the database managers, etc. in all modules

Fields for Preferred Pronouns
This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.

Fix the broken image problem so we can stop deleting our browser cache
This might seem like a simple/ forgivable issue, but it does make navigation more complicated for non-tech-savvy staff and increases the number of support requests where the IT team has to then re-teach staff how to delete their browser cache so they can use the tool effectively. I'm not sure what the root cause is, but it is becoming at least a weekly occurrence.

Support Single Sign On through other authentication services
It would be great if ER could support Single Sign On (SSO) services like Azure Active Directory. Our organization using Azure for authentication. With other SAAS providers we are able to configure the authentication process to route through Azure. This allows our workers to not have to maintain a separate username/password for this system.

Have foster home compliance checklist items remain red if future document is filed
When Due items are missed have their be some sort of notification to providers they're still missing the overdue item.

Show that an event will never be done without deleting the event
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the database to show that an event (report or activity) "will never be done." At this time, the only options are Due (Red) or Completed (Green). There is also a yellow for "expires soon." I would propose another color or symbol (perhaps an X in the circle) that shows that the event was never done. Otherwise, the only way that we can get it off the 'tickler/scheduler' is to delete the event (but then we lose visibility of it completely.

Adding CAPTCHA to online referral forms
In the world of spam, bots, and unsavory characters, website forms seem to be a hot target. In order to keep business efficient, it is vital to have the ability to filter out and block these bots from filling out our forms, dirtying up our data, and creating more work for our team.
I believe adding a CAPTCHA to online referral forms will solve this problem.

Add "foster home initiated report using web document" to the options for Home/Case Reports
Make it possible for a foster family to fill out a web document through the Foster Family Website. It would be even more simple than custom forms for our families to be able to fill out the web document from the website without losing the format of our companies documents.

Add ability to clone an email alert
In the same way that reports and activities can be cloned and then altered, it would be helpful to have that same ability to clone an email alert.

Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM
We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.
We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

Case Discharge Reasons
Currently there is no way to turn off the feature that allows staff to enter in their own discharge reasons. There should be a setting on the backend that allows this option to be turned off for agencies that do not want staff to write in their own discharge reasons and select from the list of dropdown items only.

Auditor Access
The ability to change the information that is displayed on the child's profile. The information is pretty basic. It would be nice to be able to add allergies, rate level, medicaid number. Some of these items are requested by auditors. It would be nice for the items to be displayed instead of having to create an entry for a face sheet that does contain this information.

Goal, Diagnosis, etc field code pull ins should work more like KCare and be date based.
Currently, Goals, Diagnosis etc pull in based on current or past month. It would be better if these were date based like Kcare.

summary of incidents - include status of incident on list
On the screen that shows a list of the # of incidents for the last 3, 7, or 30 days, include the status (draft, submitted, or completed) of the incident report.
