Fix the broken image problem so we can stop deleting our browser cache
This might seem like a simple/ forgivable issue, but it does make navigation more complicated for non-tech-savvy staff and increases the number of support requests where the IT team has to then re-teach staff how to delete their browser cache so they can use the tool effectively. I'm not sure what the root cause is, but it is becoming at least a weekly occurrence.

Fields for Preferred Pronouns
This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.

Adjustable permission levels for staff documents
For our model of care, we have to collect documentation on staff performance/feedback. Because of the sensitive nature of this information, it should only be visible to the staff member's supervisor. It would helpful if you could adjust permission settings for staff documents so that certain reports or activities could be made confidential from everyone except the supervisor and system administrators.

Training year
Being about to select the licensing year that the training applies to (e.g. a home completes training hours after their renewal date, could select that it is for the previous licensing year).

Share only the most recent attachment completed to Family Web
Would like to see a setting that would share only the most recently completed attachment to the Family Website. Currently, what the home sees is multiple attachments, some years old. It'd be helpful and less confusing for only the most recent completed shared to the Family Web.

Ability to select multiple default options in Configurator fields or "select all"
It would be really great if configurator fields could include more than one default option. Such as multiple checkboxes. OR if the system could include a select all option. For example, we do a clothing inventory on the client where ALL fields need to be checked. It's a lot of clicking to check them all. It would be great if we could either default all or have a select all option. Then we would only uncheck the ones that don't apply.

how to run a report of FCSW history for each resource home and time period for which a specific FCSW monitored the home
this report will help us pin point when a FCSW has left a case and it will inform us how long they serviced the resource home. Right now, there is no other feature like this. In order to find out which FCSW has carried a specific home, we need to do a placement history search and look at each minor, then go to the minor's case file to see how long the FCSW serviced the home before the home was reassigned to a new worker. This current process is tedious, time consuming and unproductive. These types of reports are needed…

Create categories for online forms in FFW
Give agencies the ability to create and configure categories for the online forms in the child area of the FFW. We have a lot of custom forms for our foster parents and that list gets long and cumbersome and it would be nice to split it up into categories. For example- we could have "New Placement Forms" so that the foster parents knows these are the forms they need to fill and submit upon initial placement of a child.

MAR for respite/short-term placements
When foster parents provide respite, they are forced to enter something into every single box for the entire month of the MAR form. This is tedious and frustrating for foster parents. The system should have a way to recognize the short-term placement and allow the foster parents to by-pass the other dates of the month.

Removing or stopping tasks from populating after a youth has been discharged.
Is there a way to remove late tasks of youth who are discharged from the case load or out of the program/system? I have 5 youth who have been discharged and no longer on my case load but I continue to receive tasks for them like "Casey Life Skills After Admission" but the youth has been gone for almost a year.

Allow Request for External Signature History to list email name
It would be helpful if you request the external signature the history would show whom the request was sent. We use the signature request for monthly requests from DFCS and often they view but do not sign. It would be nice to have option to stop requesting , but keep the information on who viewed it.

Option to automatically assign cases to their home's licensing worker
We should have an option where eR automatically assigns each case to the same licensing worker for the home they are placed in, instead of having to manually assign each case to their licensing worker.
In our agency and in most foster care agencies, the licensing worker for the home is also the assigned worker for all children (cases) placed within that home.
This would reduce steps we have to take when adding a placement, or when a placement moves to a different home, or when a home switches licensing workers.4 votes
