    Our agency doesn't use the application feature, but I would love to have a way to send a link to a reference where they can access a custom form that we've created that would then automatically be submitted to the home worker.

    I agree with Joanna that it would be very helpful for the Approval Portal to be available to all workers. Our work flow for some documents have items being approved by workers who are not supervisors, so we rely on email alerts.

  9. Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.
