We use Extended Reach exclusively to track new resource parent applications, and it works like a dream! Applicants fill out forms in their Family web, and we can then review and approve them. The only thing it doesn't do for us right now is send out references. It would be awesome to be able to have this automated in some way. We used Binti before eR and it did this for us. Families would enter their references and it would automatically send out the form via email to each reference and then file it in the same location as it was returned. Currently, I am doing this manually but it would definitely be a time saver to have the process be more automated!
