  2. Include the option to add Addendums to custom forms and incident reports- useful for documenting "review" rather than "approval".

    I wholeheartedly agree with this. I have had to manually go in and clear expiration dates on nearly all of our files at one time or another.

    We've requested a folder system for storing reports that are shared on FFW. This would also be a great option alongside that.

    I would prefer this to be an option under preferences rather than a default change. This way it can be more personalized to each user.

  14. Improve the email button functionality for reports. Allow the email subject line and body of the email to be modified before sending.
