    We are beginning the design stage of a Client Portal. We will be looking for people to be on a Client Portal focus group, that will meet occasionally to review progress and provide feedback. We will also want volunteer organizations to Beta test the Client Portal as it releases in stages.   2. Include the option to add Addendums to custom forms and incident reports- useful for documenting "review" rather than "approval".

    Being able to add in notes, or another signature is sometimes super important especially if you are trying to fix a potential error or oversight. Even doing a quality review through this would be nice.

    It would also be critical to allow us to do referral admit from one program to another because several times we admit them into Outpatient, they have their first assessment while in referral status to see if they qualify for services and then we often admit them into other services from there. However, we cannot admit them as a referral to another program. We then have to retype and redo the entire file as a new referral losing data.

    This needs to be broken down so that not everyone has to be made a system admin. They need to create more choices for permissions. Even simple billing things are not under the billing admin. My admin assistant, I can't get her to see financials like I need to.
