    To help keep our clients' names and information confidential, we would like a setting that gives us the ability to either remove the full name that's automatically at the top of reports, or use initials instead.

    This would prevent us from having to go through the steps of opening up a secure email system outside of Extended Reach, attaching the PDF report, and emailing a team member through secure email. By removing the full name, we can email the reports as normal.
