How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. we need a template that allowes the custom form data to be printed on the DFPS form

    DFPS Service Plan is a nightmare we need a template that allows the custom form data to be printed on the DFPS form. This would help all CPA's greatly.

    The solution here is to create the form as a Word Document or Web Document, so that it can have it look just like the DFPS form. You can use field codes to populate some fields.

  3. closure form on child side

    as soon as we complete the close out for on the child side. Can an e-mail be sent to our admin (showard@cfca) process closure on the case?

    You are in luck. This can already be accomplished with an email alert. Your agency administrator can set this up for you.

  5. Deletion Allowed by Case Manager not only Admin

    Allow Case Managers to delete their mistakes and not have this be an Admin only feature.

    Hi Dinah,

    extendedReach does not require users to be administrators to delete items. That is a choice made by your agency’s administrator, which users have this ability. It can easily be changed by them.

  12. A way for superivsors to review work completed without having to approve it.

    I appreciate that I can get email notifications when activities are done so that I can look them over, however it would keep my email box cleaner and ensure that I don't miss any if there was a section similar to the awaiting approval box on my workspace that would list those items. Is that a possible feature?

  14. Add support for repeating due dates for Home Training

    Yeah - we normally encourage using expiration dates vs. due dates for training because of this issue and because trainings at our other customers typically don't have a "Due Date" vs. an "Expiration Date". Pathway's training schedule doesn't work this way - and does make it more suitable for due dates.

    So probably the least bad option - if only one of the two household members takes the training (for example due 3/31/2016) - record it with just the one parent's name checked. The next training will be marked as due one year out (3/31/2017). You will need to edit…

  15. Navigate between version of activities or reports.

    For example, when reading a Foster Home visit, it would be great to be able to navigate to the next Foster Home visit, without going back to the case file.

  18. Integrate Statistical Analysis

    Add analysis using variables that would/could be selected dynamically to run multivariate analysis.. some of the primary indicators of health (i.e. service benefit) are:

    • indexed body mass indicator based on age
    • scholastic achievement
    • discharge outcome (reunification, vs. adoption, vs. independent living vs higher level of care, etc)
    • standardized instrument responses (strengths and weaknesses questionnaire.. etc) that your company could purchase the license and pull into your product
    • Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF)

  19. Excel Report-Adding Outpatient Service

    The Excel option is great. And I use it everyday. But it would be nice to pick the reports you want added to it. Or at least add the kids Outpatient Services. That way at one glance I can see which Insurance Providers each child has.

  20. Run Excel report on Licensed Homes

    Run Excel report on Licensed Homes to include Compliance Tab Tasks. It would be easier to run a report and see who still has outstanding reports due instead of clicking 200 + Family Profiles.
