  2. foster home list for case managers not just the child numbers

    Is it possible to have it where you can show the number of homes the Case Manager have as well as the number of children?

  4. Option to permanently purge a case record after x years

    Some contracts require a purge of client records after seven years (permanently - securely wiping disk/shredding hard copy case file without the ability to recover). Have eR send an email alert to remind staff to shred the paper records at the same time the electronic records are purged.

  5. Scanned documents inbox

    A separate inbox/completed box for documents we scan in so we can keep track of which ones have been added to the files and completed and it wont take up so much space on work space area.

  6. notification of important dates

    It would be helpful if we were notified 2 months in advance when a child turns 2, 5, and 18 years old. It would also help if there was a spot to check on form JV220 (authorization for psychotropic medication) and when that expires.

  10. Share Staff Trainings Between Multiple Databases

    Employees often times have active Staff Profiles within multiple databases, so it would be useful to have the option for easy transfer of staff trainings between multiple Staff Profiles rather than having to manually add each training individually.

  11. Updated "My Workspace" Suggestion

    We have so many passwords to remember. It would save time and promote faster, better communication if our Intercept email, myLearningPointe (with notifications) and iSolved HCM were all accessible once you login to your extendedReach.

    ExtendedReach would also need a 1 min or less screen lock due to inactivity.

    I would like to see that on this main screen under "My Workspace"

  13. The ability to assign multiple documents to another user from the dashboard

    It would be great if the user can reassign multiple documents to someone else from the dashboard instead of opening each document and then reassigning the document to someone else to approve or review.

  14. Family Website - Date Box in Upload Documentation Box

    When parents are uploading documents into the family website, it would be great to add a date box so that the date matches the date on the forms. For example, if Parent A took a training on 4/1/2021 but wasn't able to turn in the certificate until 4/6/21, they can enter the training date on the date box and the entered date for the training is correct. As of now, the upload documentation box has the report date as the date of submission.

    Hi Dinah,

    extendedReach does not require users to be administrators to delete items. That is a choice made by your agency’s administrator, which users have this ability. It can easily be changed by them.

  16. Allow agencies to choose if date auto-fills

    We would like an option in the configurator to choose whether or not a report/activity should auto-fill the current date. Right now, the current date auto-fills into every report and activity and this causes staff to forget to edit the date when creating a report/activity that occurred in the past.

  18. Add demographic data (ethnicity, DOB, etc.) capture to Orientation Registration form

    Many grants require reporting demographic data for individuals who attend orientation; it would be great for the system to allow this to be entered by participants when they register.

  20. Add more emails to home general tab

    We have a G-Suite that we give each of our foster families their own email for HIPPA purposes but a lot of times families have 2 other emails they typically use more often. It would be nice to be able to add more email addresses in a home.
