  1. System Admin should be able to view what each user group sees

    Add the option for system admin to be able to view what specific user groups see, to make sure our permissions are set properly.

  3. Time Dispensed line added to current eR MAR

    We absolutely LOVE your current MAR that is built into eR. However our State requires time dispensed to be documented each time a med is given. This one change would allow us to utilize your online form.

  4. Create an option to link mother/baby referrals similar to sibling groups

    When a referral comes in for a mother and baby, we would like a way to connect the two cases as a "group" similar to siblings. We could get the functionality we need by putting them in as a sibling group, but this doesn't seem quite right as they are not siblings and the terminology doesn't fit the relationships.

  5. Create easy access to shared files or blank PDF forms by placing them on Compliance tab next to each required item.

    Move or link blank PDF or Word files to the Compliance Tab requirements similar to configurator forms. This will increase easy of finding documents that need printed and filled out.

    Example: I'm on the phone with a Foster Parent. They are looking at the Family Website and see a red compliance item on their checklist. They click on it to find the form, similar to configurator forms, but nothing appears because it is a PDF or Word document.   6. A way for foster parents to print off their earnings history.

    We have requests from Foster Parents a lot for a printed statement of their earnings. It would save time for all if they could print what they see on the "family website" their earnings history. Plus a way they can request a period of time (for the year) and get a "statement" of their earnings for that period.

  7. Have foster home compliance checklist items remain red if future document is filed

  11. FFW document folders & sort by most recent

    Have a folder organization system for FFW documents. Example their service statement is shared on FFW monthly. We need them to have access of all of those documents but it is a mess when they try to find what they are looking for.

    A folder for all service statements (docs uploaded in that item) and displayed most recent to oldest.

  12. People Tab - end date option

    Allow workers to select start/end dates for people in a case file. Currently there is no way for us to track who an old worker / new worker is without deleting the old one. For our records we wouldn't want to delete them, just to note that they are no longer the current worker.

  13. Support Single Sign On through other authentication services

    It would be great if ER could support Single Sign On (SSO) services like Azure Active Directory. Our organization using Azure for authentication. With other SAAS providers we are able to configure the authentication process to route through Azure. This allows our workers to not have to maintain a separate username/password for this system.

  16. Email or Workspace Alert for Newly Added Shared Forms + Files

    it would be nice if we could set up an email or workspace alert when an item has been added to a specific section of the Shared Forms + Files folder, that way staff knows that a training video or agency-specific guide has been added.

  17. Fix the broken image problem so we can stop deleting our browser cache

    This might seem like a simple/ forgivable issue, but it does make navigation more complicated for non-tech-savvy staff and increases the number of support requests where the IT team has to then re-teach staff how to delete their browser cache so they can use the tool effectively. I'm not sure what the root cause is, but it is becoming at least a weekly occurrence.

  18. Fields for Preferred Pronouns

    This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.

  19. Adjustable permission levels for staff documents

    For our model of care, we have to collect documentation on staff performance/feedback. Because of the sensitive nature of this information, it should only be visible to the staff member's supervisor. It would helpful if you could adjust permission settings for staff documents so that certain reports or activities could be made confidential from everyone except the supervisor and system administrators.
