   Additionally staff would benefit from triggering email alerts to Case Caseworker when case reports/activities are submitted in the portal. If not automatically, then it would be nice to have portal related options in the Organization Settings – Email Alerts, Alert Event, Event Type dropdown menu. It would be helpful if the notification included exactly what document has been submitted on the portal.
