  4. Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.

    I'm able to make them INACTIVE if they're duplicate people or if a babysitter isn't sitting anymore, or a FV is out of the picture, etc.
