    Names need to be the insurance legal name for billing purposes. However, there should be an option to pull the Preferred Name field for text reminders and documents. Research shows that it is incredibly harmful for people, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, to see their old/dead names. We need to be able to provide support like reminders and documents to clients without harming them.

  2. Include the option to add Addendums to custom forms and incident reports- useful for documenting "review" rather than "approval".

    This would be very helpful! There is currently a "Copy Previous File" button but that does not allow us to go between programs.
