    Similar to this, on the case side, it would be nice to customize required fields based on the phase... at initial referral, the required fields could be very minimal, but once the case is admitted, the agency could specify which additional fields should become required. It is easy for staff to forget to enter crucial information after the referral stage.

    Currently, we can only pull Custom fields from the last completed form. It would be VERY useful for our program to collect Custom fields across a specific range of complete forms.
