Field codes for closed or past programs to use in emails and print templates
Our agency has multiple programs that we use extendedReach for. Most individuals start in temporary lodging and then when we locate a permanent housing placement for them, we close that program and open an aftercare program for them.
It would be helpful to have the ability to use custom field codes that can access basic information about a prior program. This would allow us to create print templates that cover their entire engagement with our agency. In addition, this would prevent us from having to create manual notification emails which require information about the participant from their start with our agency.
