    We currently work with a site, remindercall.com. Would it be possible to build an integration with this particular program?

    Yes, incorporate the ability to send individual or bulk SMS to parents, and the ability to receive a response within ER.

    I like the idea! I typically send an "I'm on my way" text, for that same reason, Plus I can track it on my phone.
    (Would the text show on our phones as well?)
