  2. Have pending referrals for cases be discharged after a specified timeframe is met (3 months, 4 months, etc.)

  3. Improve the email button functionality for reports. Allow the email subject line and body of the email to be modified before sending.

    Prior to sending the email be able to add narrative to explain what the attachment is about. Specifically to DCS, families or court officials.
