How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Interactive Foster Family Portal

    it would be very helpful if the foster family portal could be interactive, i.e. they could generate reports/activities applicable to foster families that could be saved into the client record, including foster family signatures.

  4. notification of important dates

    It would be helpful if we were notified 2 months in advance when a child turns 2, 5, and 18 years old. It would also help if there was a spot to check on form JV220 (authorization for psychotropic medication) and when that expires.

    Be able to save your place when scrolling down lists so if you click on something and then go "back" to it, you don't have to scroll down from the top to where you were working.

  7. Print Reports

    To be able to print a report of the Foster Parent Weekly Progress Note, just as you can print a report of case notes.

  8. Add training dates to the Foster Family Website.

    This was originally requested, so that home would know when training's expire.

  11. Remove Electronic Signature for Terminated Staff

    When a staff user ID is deleted - remove as assigned worker (blank out) automatically so that this worker's electronic signature does not appear on any further documents by accident... Thanks!

  12. foster home list for case managers not just the child numbers

    Is it possible to have it where you can show the number of homes the Case Manager have as well as the number of children?

  14. Scanned documents inbox

    A separate inbox/completed box for documents we scan in so we can keep track of which ones have been added to the files and completed and it wont take up so much space on work space area.
