Add function to easily copy contact information from "People" Tab into ROIs.
Please allow us to fully complete the People tab and then use that information to pre-fill in ROI contact information.

Add Group Note to multiple inactive members
Add that inactive members group case note can be populated to multiple members when a group note is added. Currently only works with active members by add members.

Color Coordinated Calendar
It would be really helpful if on the calendar, appointments could be different colors if they are cancelled or if they are marked as no show

Updated "My Workspace" Suggestion
We have so many passwords to remember. It would save time and promote faster, better communication if our Intercept email, myLearningPointe (with notifications) and iSolved HCM were all accessible once you login to your extendedReach.
ExtendedReach would also need a 1 min or less screen lock due to inactivity.
I would like to see that on this main screen under "My Workspace"

Configure a new supervised visitation tab (next to general, case file) for client info report information to be entered.
Take the information provided in the document attached and create a separate tab specifically for client visit info. We would need the ability to add more children info boxes since each case varies with the number of children per case.
7 votesThis shouldn’t require any programming or system changes. You can ask John to setup a Report (either a Word Document or Custom Form) that contains this information.

Option to permanently purge a case record after x years
Some contracts require a purge of client records after seven years (permanently - securely wiping disk/shredding hard copy case file without the ability to recover). Have eR send an email alert to remind staff to shred the paper records at the same time the electronic records are purged.

Be able to map all case addresses in GCM system at once. Also have the option to map all the relationships for a particular case at once.
