We would like to be able to configure an activity/report so that it cannot be marked as "Completed" if there are still pending external signature requests.

Sometimes a worker is unable to obtain an electronic signature that they sent out a signature request on but they do obtain a hard copy which they attach to the activity/report ...but they forget to revoke the signature request so it is then left as a pending signature request in the "Awaiting external signatures" list even though the activity/report has already been marked as completed. This means that you then have to go back into the activity/report to mark the signature request as "do not collect this signature"

If an activity has a mix of both required and non-required signature fields for a variety of party representatives that are dependent on the client's unique situation, it is possible for staff to mark the activity/report as complete once they have obtained the required signatures, even though there are other non-required representative signatures that are still pending.

For these reasons, we would like to be able to prevent staff from completing an activity/report if there are pending external signature requests, whether they are required or not.
