How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Foster Family Access to ExR App

    I think it would be a great idea to give foster families access to the family website through the ExR app, not just employees. This would make families filling out their daily reports much easier and allow us to use ExR to it's full abilities

  2. Fully functioning app

    Currently the content of the app contains mostly contact tools and information. The app should contain all features of the website and be a tool for staff to maintain files.

    We have a goal to make our entire application mobile friendly, thus negating the need for a separate mobile app. we will not be adding to our current mobile app, but will instead focus efforts on technology that allows extendedReach to be a fully mobile friendly application to be used on computers, phones and tablets.

    Thank you for the votes on this item. It is part of our product vision for the near future.

  3. Integration of eR Inbox with eR phone app to take pictures on the app that are sent to eR Inbox.

    App should have camera feature to take pictures or scan documents and go directly to eR Inbox without the photo being saved on the phone. This is currently possible if logging into eR through the internet browser on a phone but would be extremely helpful with the app.

    We are not planning to make enhancements to our mobile app. Instead we are focusing on making our entire system mobile-friendly, so that all features are easily accessible by phone and tablet.

  4. A mobile app for Extended Reach that will allow for foster parents to sign documents

    I would helpful to have a mobile app that will show what the foster parent is missing in their records and will allow for us to obtain signature to forms while out in the field.

    We are not planning enhancements to the mobile app. We are instead focusing on making the entire system mobile friendly. Currently signatures can be obtained using the External signature feature or the Foster Family website.
