How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Remove Electronic Signature for Terminated Staff

    When a staff user ID is deleted - remove as assigned worker (blank out) automatically so that this worker's electronic signature does not appear on any further documents by accident... Thanks!

  4. Scanned documents inbox

    A separate inbox/completed box for documents we scan in so we can keep track of which ones have been added to the files and completed and it wont take up so much space on work space area.

  12. Allow foster parent editing capability on wk. reports after submission

    Allow foster parents the capability to see what they submitted afterwards and have the capability of editing to correct something. i.e foster parent forgot to add an incident in the report before submitting and would like to retrieve the weekly report to add information and resubmit.

  15. Foster parents be able to send messages to other specific foster parents instead of only being able to post message to ALL parents

    Hello,

    It would be helpful if our foster families could connect with other foster families through the site, without having to connect with ALL families. In community posts if they could select recipients, instead of having to post a message that everyone would see it would be helpful

    Our Angels staff would REALLY like for overdue task to go back to how it was prior to combining the children's task with the foster parents overdue task.

  19. Deletion Allowed by Case Manager not only Admin

    Allow Case Managers to delete their mistakes and not have this be an Admin only feature.

    Hi Dinah,

    extendedReach does not require users to be administrators to delete items. That is a choice made by your agency’s administrator, which users have this ability. It can easily be changed by them.

  20. closure form on child side

    as soon as we complete the close out for on the child side. Can an e-mail be sent to our admin (showard@cfca) process closure on the case?

    You are in luck. This can already be accomplished with an email alert. Your agency administrator can set this up for you.
