How can I send emails into extendedReach?

There are two ways to email into extendedReach.

Option 1 - Email Correspondence
This is used to bcc emails you are sending others (e.g. clients) in regards to cases, and are filed automatically to the case using the "Email" activity.

Option 2 - Inbox
This is used to forward file attachments, scans, or other content into extendedReach.  The inbox cannot be BCC'd, but should be sent to directly, and then manually filed to the correct case from your workspace.
