Add the ability to upload/attach documentation to an "Authorization record" in a GCM system
Currently, an authorization from an insurance company, funding source, etc. must be uploaded into an activity/report separately from where the actual authorization data is entered on the Financial Tab.
It would be fantastic if the Authorization record had the ability to upload/attach documents so the documentation for each specific Authorization could live where the data for said authorization is actually entered vs. filtering through a Case File tab and trying to determine which documents go to which authorizations.
Adding custom fields to the activity/report to help identify which upload goes with which Authorization record isn't really helpful because then a user is doing double data entry for the same Authorization in 2 different locations. This is overly burdensome when an agency processes thousands of authorizations every year.
